Our vision is to empower the next generation of leaders through innovative programs and interventions that enhance their chances of success. Our ultimate goal is to become one of the leading youth development organisations in South Africa.
We strive to provide sustainable youth leadership and entrepreneurship programmes and interventions that leave a lasting impact on the lives of their beneficiaries and contributors.
YLED is a youth development initiative aimed at empowering selected in-school learners by honing their leadership, interpersonal, and entrepreneurial skills through four different skills modules: Life Skills, Leadership Skills, Financial Literacy Skills, and Entrepreneurship Skills.
These modules, delivered over 32 sessions, mostly held on Saturdays are successfully executed through strategic partnerships – with businesses, corporate’s, NGOs’ and individuals who believe in our efforts. By acquiring these skills, young people are better equipped to play a full and active role in society and the economy. Our values continuously guide everything we do.
