Steven holds a BSc. Computer Science (Zululand University, S.A), MBA (Durham, UK) Steven Zwane (previously Mavundla) has defied extreme odds in a journey that has seen him scale the corporate ladder from selling basic necessities at pension payout points to a senior executive at Barclays Africa Group Limited.
Fueled by his life-long mission to help others reach their full potential, he founded the innovative and award-winning Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Programme (YLED) in partnership with PAPO Communications. Through PAPO Communications and YLED, Steven has been involved in developing leaders in partnership with high-profile organisations since 2004, benefiting over 5 000 young people across the country and earning himself the sought after Nelson Mandela Scholarship in recognition of his selflessness and Ubuntu values.
Steven’s wish is to have multiples of the programme defined in accordance with the expectations of partner organisations and implemented far and wide with an aim of developing as many young people as possible – targeting 1 million young people by 2017, while making their lives better and giving them the edge that they need to survive the continuously changing operating environment.
He credits the socially conscience organisations, volunteers, facilitators, coaches and others that have partnered with YLED in its journey to nurture young minds and develop future leaders.

Thabo Serame is a young emerging leader in the space of people and entrepreneurship development; furthermore, Thabo is an academic who has honed his skills in the space of Organizational Psychology bachelor’s degree, Social Anthropology of Work Honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. His aim is to improve himself whilst striving to improve the communities around while serving society as a whole.
Over and above this, Thabo Serame has experience in management consultant and brings in wealth of within the Advisory PI-Finance space, where he has conducted asset registry, property evaluations & assessments; vesting work and were he has successfully led various regions i.e. Eastern Cape, Gauteng, and North West, as part of his portfolio of work.
Thabo has set in operating/ steering committee meetings and liaises with different stakeholders within the public sector to help drive executive decisions for the betterment of their organizations. Lastly, Thabo has recently been consulting in the financial services sector and helping businesses within this sector with their strategies, operating models, process and capabilities led work and change management work.

Tebang Ntsasa is an aspiring social entrepreneur armed with Strategy Development, Business Development Consulting, Administration, Project Management, and Youth Development experience and a profession that spans over five years within the youth development and corporate social investment space.
Having started his professional career as a volunteer for Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development, he saw himself moving from Administration to Business Development Consulting position within a period three years, while also manning the operations of the organisation.
His long-term mission drives him to continuously find ways that can impact the lives of young people, this includes developing strategies / tailored metrics for various business units operation to ensure that corporate's continue to innovate and grow through corporate social investment while also maximizing the BBBEE scorecard for partner organisation.
